【摘要】目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断与治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2007年1月~2008年12月收治的76例小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床资料。结果：76例患儿治疗2-3周后痊愈72例，治愈率为94.7%；好转4例，临床好转率为5.3%，继续用药1周后，治愈出院。平均住院天数16.8天，5例出现不良反应，但都未影响用药。结论：阿奇霉素、红霉素可作为治疗支原体肺炎的首选药物。
