【摘要】(1)循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)是以证据为基础的医学理论，而循证医学在检验医学的应用即为循证检验医学(EBLM)。循证检验医学的主题就是遵循循证医学的核心，为病人提供有效实验室项目，并最终获得可靠检验信息资料，为医疗决策提供循证。(2)循征医学是指最佳证据、临床经验和患者价值间的有机结合；在医学决策的制定过程中，仅凭经验是不够的，应当基于当前最佳科学研究成果，结合患者关注、期望和选择作出循征临床决策。
