【摘要】目的：探讨小儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染的临床检验特点。方法：采用回顾性研究方法对收治的52例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床检验结果进行总结分析。结果：患儿MP-IgM检查特异性高，实验室检查也有很好的诊断作用。结论：小儿肺炎支原体可引起重症肺炎，应早期检验与诊断。
