艾灸伍用加味华盖散治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘(1)
【摘要】目的：观察艾灸伍用加味华盖散治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将110例符合诊断的咳嗽变异型哮喘患者，随机分为治疗组68例，对照组62例。对照组予以控释型茶碱舒弗美片，治疗组在对照组基础上予以加味华盖散煎剂口服，同时艾灸膻中等穴位。结果：治疗组患者临床症状明显改善，总有效率治疗组为91.18%，与对照组总有效率为75.81%比较差异有显著性。两组患者治疗前后肺功能及咳嗽积分情况、症状体征平均持续时间等，治疗组优于对照组。结论：艾灸伍用加味华盖散对咳嗽变异型哮喘病人，对于临床症状缓解及肺功能改善等疗效肯定，且疗效持久，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】咳嗽；变异型哮喘；艾灸
Treatment on cough variant asthma by moxibustion associated with Jiaweihuagaisan
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion associated with Jiaweihuagaisan to treat the cough variant asthma. Methods:To select 110 cases of cough variant asthma patients, then divide them into treatment group with 68 cases and control group with 62 cases. Theophylline Sustainderelease Controlled-Release Tablets (Shu Fu Mei) was applied for the control group. As for the treatment group, oral administration of Jiaweihuagaisan decoction and acupoint at Tanzhong by moxibustion were applied based on the Shu Fu Mei administration. Results: The clinical symptom of treatment group was improved significantly, with the total effectiveness of 91.18%, while the total effectiveness of control group was only 75.81%. Compared with the control group, the lung function, cough value, average sustainable time of symptom in treatment group were much better. Conclusion:Application of moxibustion associated with Jiaweihuagaisan was effective on the treatment of cough variant asthma, with the positive and sustainable effects on the improvement of clinical symptoms and lung function, being worthy of promotion in clinical medicine. ......
