【摘要】目的: 探讨B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床疗效。方法:回顾并总结分析2006年6月至2008年12月采用B-Lynch 缝合术治疗剖宫产产中大出血的18例病例资料,并与2003年3月至2006年4月采用宫腔填塞法治疗的患者对比。结果: 治疗组患者18例,经B-Lynch 缝合术治疗后均有效,术后无一例并发症发生,无术后再出血进行剖腹探查或切除子宫发生。手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少,与对照组(宫腔填塞法)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: B-Lynch 缝合术具有操作简单,止血迅速、效果持久,成功率高的特点,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstractive】objective: To investigate the Clinical effect of B-Lynch suture technique treated Massive hemorrhage during cesarean section。.Methods:Reviewed and analyzed 26 patients with Massive hemorrhage during cesarean section treated by B-Lynch suture technique were admitted from June 2006 to December 2008.Results: 26 cases of patients treated By B-Lynch suture are effective, and no case has complications or Exploratory laparotomy for hemorrhage or the removal of the uterus.operative time are shorter, intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced.With the control group (use intrauterine packing method), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: B-Lynch suture is simple, rapid hemostasis, the effect of sustained, high rate of success, worthy of clinical application. ......
