【摘要】目的:探讨CT在妇科盆腔肿块诊断中的作用及应用价值。方法:对2007年6月～2008年12月采用CT诊断女性盆腔肿块68例,并经手术或病理证实的病例资料进行系统的回顾性分析。结果: 68例妇科盆腔肿块术前CT诊断结果与术后病理证实的结果比较发现, CT作出准确定性诊断59例,符合率达86.76%(59/68)。结论: 大部分妇科盆腔肿块可通过CT检查作出明确诊断, 对指导临床治疗有着重要的意义。

    Diagnosis of female pelvic masses using CT

    【Abstractive】objective: To investigate the value of CT in diagnosing female pelvic masses.Methods:68 female patients with pelvic masses were admitted in our hospital during June 2007~ December 2008.Their lesions were incised and examined with pathology method.CT findings of the lesions were retrospectively reviewed in comparison with pathology findings.Results: Compare CT diagnosis before operative to pathology diagnosis, CT to make an accurate diagnosis in 59 cases, In line with the rate of 86.76% (59/68).Conclusion:CT findings are able to diagnose most masses in pelvic cavity for women quantitatively and qualitatively, play an important role In guiding the clinical treatment . ......
