脑卒中患者的溶血磷酯酸与氧化低密度脂蛋白测定(1)

[摘 要] 目的 探讨血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)与氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox -LDL)相关性及其在脑卒中早期诊断中的价值。方法 随机选择32例短暂脑 缺血发作患者，31例脑梗死患者测定其血浆LPA、血清LDL和Ox-LDL水平，30例健康人作为对 照组，并对结果作相关性分析。结果 短暂脑缺血发作患者，脑梗死患者 血浆LPA和Ox-LDL水平增高，与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)，且二者呈正相关 ，相关系数(r)分别为0.623、0.65。结论 LPA和Ox-LDL在脑卒中患者中 具有相关性，且可作为早期预警指标。
