老年心力衰竭患者自主神经功能与心率变异性关系的研究(2)
本文结果显示，心力衰竭患者存在着严重的自主神经功能受损和失衡，受损和失衡的程度与 心功能损害、左心室肥大以及左心室收缩与舒张功能减退的程度密切相关。因此，HRV检测 对心力衰竭患者的早期诊断、心力衰竭的严重程度与预后的评估以及治疗的指导，具有重要 的临床意义。但在具体应用时应注意年龄、时间、情绪、药物等因素对HRV的影响，尤其是 老年人随着年龄的增长，心脏自主神经调节功能和心脏储备代偿功能逐渐减弱，HRV呈下降 趋势。所以对HRV测值应结合临床综合分析，以期对老年CHF患者的早期诊断、合理治疗、改善预后及降低死亡危险性提供依据。
