他汀药对颈动脉粥样硬化影响及其在预防脑梗死复发中作用(2)
本文阿司匹林和辛伐他汀治疗过程中，有5例(0.8%)发生了上消化道出血，但出血量小，仅 为黑便，停药观察后黑便消失。6例(0.96%)出现了转氨酶升高的轻度肝损害表现，停药 观察自行好转。说明阿司匹林和辛伐他汀是脑梗死二级预防中疗效确切而副作用小的药物。
