    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the cardiac function between RHIVS pacing andRVA pacing.Methods60 patients with indications of pacing were divided into t wo groups randomly. Group A including 30 patients received RHIVS pacing while g roup B (30 cases) received RVA pacing. The distance of six minute corridor walktest(6_MWT) was compared before and 12 months after operation in both groups. Th e left ventricular eject fraction (LVEF) was also measured in two groups beforeand 3 months, 6 months,12 months after operation.Results There was no signific ently differnce between two groups on the distance of 6_MWT and LVEF before ope ration. The distance of 6_MWT in RVA group was shorter than that in RHIVS groupafter 12 months operation(310±95 vs 415±103 ......
