NT_pro BNP在妊娠合并心功能不全监测中的应用价值(2)
尿酸作为嘌呤代谢终产物，其水平升高是心血管疾病恶化及死亡率增加的一个危险因素 [9]。血清尿酸水平与心功能水平呈正相关，浓度越高，预后越差[4]。故监测 妊娠合并心功能 不全患者的血清尿酸水平也有助于评估其心功能情况，为临床提供一个有意义的生化指标。 本组资料将77例妊娠合并心功能不全患者和112例对照组的尿酸与NT_proBNP指标进行线性回 归分析发现，对照组的尿酸与NT_proBNP间无线性相关关系，但在妊娠合并心功能不全组间 ，尿酸与NT_proBNP存在直线相关关系。NYHA分级心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ～Ⅳ级与尿酸、NT_proBNP含 量存在明显差异，随着心功能严重程度增加，尿酸与NT_proBNP含量也呈上升趋势。说明NT_ proBNP、尿酸指标浓度与妊娠合并心功能不全严重程度有关，此二项指标可作为妊娠合并心 功能不全患者的血清标志物用于早期辅助诊断和严重程度评估。
