基层医院双腔起搏器植入500例临床体会(2)
3.3 术后程控管理:良好的开端是成功的一半。双腔起搏器植入术后,及时有效的程控尤显重要。术后的阈值管理可增加起搏器的寿命,及时的模式转换可减少不必要的麻烦,合理的AV间期设置能达到最小化右室起搏[11],减少心力衰竭及心房颤动的发生。
