摘要：食管癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤，手术为主要治疗方法。围手术期的优质护理对于手术成功有着重要作用，它主要包括术前的心里护理、一般护理、气道护理、消化道护理、饮食护理，以及术后的一般护理、气道护理、引流管护理、疼痛护理、并发症护理、营养护理和活动护理等。本文拟总结食管癌患者的一系列围手术期护理方案，为优质护理的应用提供有益的指导和思路。

    The application of high quality perioperative nursing care for patients of esophageal carcinoma

    Abstract:Esophageal carcinoma is one of the most common cancers in China.Surgical therapy is of choice for most patients.The perioperative nursing care is vital for the success of surgery.The perioperative care system mainly includes psychological care,basic care,airway care,gut care and diet care.The postoperative care system mainly includes basic care,airway care,tube care,pain care,care of complications,nutritional care,and care of activities.We will summary a series of perioperative nursing care processes for patients of esophageal carcinoma,thus providing beneficial guidance and thought for nursing care of superiority.
