摘要:目的 探讨社区综合护理干预对糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法对78例社区糖尿病患者随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组40例，对照组38例，对照组进行常规社区护理，实验组进行强化糖尿病相关知识的健康教育，饮食营养管理、用药指导、运动宣教、血糖监测、心理干预等综合护理措施，对比两组患者在干预前与干预后的空腹血糖及餐后血糖及生活质量相关因素。结果 患者空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖平均值明显下降(P<0.01);生活质量相关因素明显改变(P<0.01)。结论?社区综合护理干预能有效控制血糖，并能提高糖尿病患者自我护理能力，改善不良生活方式，从而提高生活质量。
