摘 要：目的 观察氨氯地平联合叶酸治疗H型高血压的疗效。方法 186例H型高血压患者，随机分为叶酸组96例和对照组90例，两组均给氨氯地平，叶酸组在此基础上加用叶酸(1.0mg/d)治疗,观察8周；两组采用相同方法检测血压，治疗前后分别检测患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)值、血压和血脂等。结果 叶酸组与对照组治疗后血压值较治疗前均有下降(p均<0.05)，但叶酸组更为明显且Hcy也明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 氨氯地平联合叶酸对H型高血压有更好的临床疗效。 关键词：叶酸 氨氯地平 同型半胱氨酸(Hcy) H型高血压 The curative effect observation of amlodipine combined with folic acid on H type hypertension [Abstract]Objective: To observe the curative effect of amlodipine combined with folic acid on H type hypertension. methods: one hundred and eighty-six H type Hypertension patients were randomly divided into folate group 96 cases and control group with 90 cases,The two groups were given amlodipine,Folic acid group on the basis of treatment with folic acid (1.0 mg/d),Observation of 8 weeks;Two groups use the same method for the detection of blood pressure,Before and after treatment, respectively, to detect serum homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with value, blood pressure and blood lipid , etc ......
