摘 要：目的 针刺配合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的效果及安全性。方法 将120例难治抑郁症随机分为针刺组与对照组。针刺组用针刺配合文拉法辛治疗，而对照组单用文拉法辛治疗，用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在治疗前和治疗后2.4.6.8周末评定疗效，用副反应量表(TESS)评定安全性。结果 针刺组(HAMD)评分，有效率显著高于对照组，治疗2.4.6.8周末(HAMD)减分率均明显高于对照组均有统计学意义(X？=4.8762 p<0.01 和P<0.05)。针刺组治疗2.4.6.8周末(TESS)评分与对照组相当(p>0.05)。结论 针刺配合文拉法辛治疗抑郁症有显著的效果，安全性可靠。

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of venlafaxine combined acupuncture treatment and security for depressed patients.
