【出处】唐·李延寿《南史·陈后主纪》：“后监者奏言：‘叔宝云，既无秩位，没预朝集，愿得一官号。’隋文帝曰：‘叔宝全无心肝。’”
【Interpretation】Used to describe being shameless； sometimes also used to indicate evil-mindedness.
【释意】指毫无羞耻之心，有时也指心地狠毒。
