肠球菌基因分型及其与耐药性的研究进展(3)
细菌耐药表型与其基因型有密切的关系,变异机制有多种,但最重要的是基因突变,这 在RAPD分型方法中可反应在DNA扩增带型的改变,如果某一基因型与某一特定的表型之间有 相关,那么就可以直接通过检测该基因型来确定与之相对应的表型。Willems和Delvecchio等用分子生物学技术研究了肠球菌基因型和抗生素耐药基因。本实验应用RAPD分型对标本进 行耐药表型分析,研究了肠球菌基因型和其耐药表型之间的关系。实验结果显示,Ⅰ、Ⅳ、 Ⅷ具有对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药表型,Ⅲ、Ⅶ型具有对高水平氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药表 型 ,Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ具有对β-内酰胺类抗生素、高水平氨基糖苷类抗生素、糖肽类抗生素等抗 生 素敏感表型。基因型与其耐药菌性之间关系,有何影响,国内外尚无报道,有待进一步探讨 。这一结果提示,肠球菌的临床分离菌株,在通过RAPD分型的基础上结合其耐药表型,有望 在基因水平上对肠球菌的耐药性进行测报。
本实验可能由于研究收集的肠球菌本身的特性或研究菌株较少,如将在今后工作中能深 入研究,相信RAPD分型技术必会对肠球菌的控制和防治工作发挥积极的作用。
