    【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)，是一种具有极强传染性的急性呼吸系统疾病，中医学将其归属于“寒湿疫”。脐灸疗法作为中医传统外治疗法之一，具有扶正祛邪、益气健脾、温补肺肾、散寒除湿的作用，通过艾灸、穴位以及药物的三重作用，加之艾烟的抗病原微生物作用，可以应用于新冠肺炎的预防中，体现了中医“未病先防”的治疗理念。

    COVID-19 Prevention by Umbilical Moxibustion

    Abstract Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a very infectious acute respiratory disease. TCM belongs to "cold damp epidemic". Novel coronavirus pneumonia as a traditional Chinese medicine external therapy， has the function of strengthening the vital energy， eliminating the evil， replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen， warming the lung and kidney， dispersing cold and dampness. Through moxibustion， acupoint and three functions of drugs， and the action of AI against the pathogenic microorganisms， it can be applied to the prevention of COVID-19， which embodies the concept of "prevention before disease".
