    【摘要】? 急性脑梗死是一种以局部中枢神经元死亡为主要病理特征的脑血管疾病。神經丝轻链蛋白作为神经元特有的骨架蛋白成分之一，在急性脑梗死中的应用成为新的研究热点。本文简要介绍神经丝轻链蛋白的结构特点和检测方法，同时结合相关文献对神经丝轻链蛋白在急性脑梗死诊断、严重程度评估、预后预测等方面的价值进行综述。
