    【摘要】? 目的? 探讨叙事护理对子宫全切患者心理健康水平的改善效果。方法? 选取2019年1月- 2021年9月在庆阳市西峰区人民医院子宫全切的60例患者作为研究对象。依照均衡可比的原则将患者分为对照组与观察组，其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予叙事护理。比较两组护理前后的心理健康水平、睡眠质量以及生活质量及两组患者的护理满意率。结果? 叙事护理干预后，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量、护理满意率均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论? 叙事护理可改善子宫全切患者的心理状态，提高睡眠质量和生活质量。
