    【摘要】? 目的? 对比常规护理和人性化护理在中耳炎患者中应用的效果。方法? 选取2021年1-12月酒泉市人民医院收治的中耳炎患者105例为研究对象，根据组间基本资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组52例和观察组53例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、听力改善情况及临床疗效。结果? 开展人性化护理后，观察组护理满意度、鼓膜充血改善率及听力改善率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论? 人性化护理应用于中耳炎患者中，护理效果优于常规护理措施，提高了患者的满意度，听力及临床症状改善效果好。
