医联体视域下地市级公立医院人力资源可持续发展探析

    【摘要】? 医联体建设是医改的重要组成部分,是推行分级诊疗的重要举措,而人力资源是医联体高效运转的核心要素。以某地市为例,分析医联体内人力资源发展优势及存在的不足,探索人力资源可持续发展有效途径,有利于医疗资源上下贯通,提升医疗服务体系整体效能。

    【Abstract】? ?The construction of medical union is an important part of medical reform and an important measure to carry out graded diagnosis and treatment, and human resource is the core element of the efficient operation of medical union. Taking a city as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of human resource development in medical union and explores effective ways for sustainable development of human resource, which is conducive to connecting medical resources from top to bottom and improving the overall efficiency of medical service system.
