    【摘要】? 系统性免疫炎症指数(systemic immune inflammation index，SII)和系统炎症反应指数(system inflammation response index，SIRI)对癌症、心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases，CVDs)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)以及新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019，COVID-19)的预后情况具有一定的预测价值，可作为癌症、心血管疾病的新型预测指标。这两项指标较高的患者往往预后较差，特别是与恶性肿瘤患者相关性显著。但在COPD和COVID-19中的作用还需要开展更多大样本的研究。
