    【摘要】? 目的? 探讨运用艾灸运动疗法治疗腰肌劳损的临床效果。方法? 选取2021年1月- 2022年6月医院收治的120例腰肌劳损患者，在组间基线资料匹配的原则上，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用磁振热治疗仪治疗，观察组患者采用艾灸运动疗法治疗。比较两组患者的视觉模拟量表评分(VAS评分)、关节活动度及临床疗效。结果? 治疗后，观察组VAS评分低于对照组，关节活动度恢复优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.70%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论? 艾灸运动疗法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效显著。

    【Abstract】? Objective? To investigate the rehabilitation effect of exercises combine with moxibustion on lumbar muscle strain.
