    【摘要】? 当今医院信息系统建设发展迅速，信息技术的应用在手术室建设以及相关领域作用和意义重大；手术室护理信息化管理可以实现工作流程上的优化，有效预防、减少不良事件及医院感染事件发生；在节省人力、物力和时间的同时，有助于实现人员、行为及物品规范化管理。但手术室信息化的开发、构建、应用必须是在一定基础设施的前提下，以《手术室护理实践指南》为基础进行流程优化，通过信息手段进行固化，因此，在信息化管理和应用的过程中，可能会遇到制度执行、落实不到位等问题，也有可能会遇到护理专业需求与信息无法实现的矛盾等等，我们必须重视手术室护理信息化管理过程中出现的和可能出现的问题，及时解决和改进。
