    【摘要】? 目的? 探討"互联网+健康管理"护理模式应用于体检中心高血压前期病例的临床价值。方法? 将2020年8月- 2022年3月经本体检中心确诊为高血压前期的84例患者纳入研究，根据组间性别、年龄、文化程度等基线资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组基于对照组干预条件下开展“互联网+健康管理”模式护理。比较两组患者的健康行为、干预前后血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及身体质量指数(BMI)控制情况。结果? 开展“互联网+健康管理”模式干预后，观察组患者养成自我监测血压、合理饮食、戒烟戒酒及坚持锻炼等健康行为的比例均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前，两组血压指标(SBP和DBP)、血脂指标(TC、TG和LDL-C)以及BMI对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理干预后，两组血压指标、血脂指标及BMI测定值均明显降低，但观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论? “互联网+健康管理”护理模式能够培养体检中心高血压前期患者的健康行为，并加强对患者血压、血脂水平及体质量的控制。
