    【摘要】? 目的? 比較妇科手术中药物镇痛与硬膜外镇痛的镇痛效果，评估两种方法的安全性。方法? 选择海吉亚医院2021年1-12月收治的80例妇科手术患者作为研究对象。根据组间基线资料均衡可比的原则分为两组，每组40例。药物镇痛组采用静脉注射可待因和布洛芬进行镇痛，硬膜外镇痛组采用硬膜外导管，给予罗哌卡因进行镇痛。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)记录手术前后疼痛程度，比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果? 麻醉前，两组患者VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；麻醉后，两组患者麻VAS评分均低于麻醉前，但硬膜外镇痛组低于药物镇痛组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论? 妇科手术中采用硬膜外镇痛比药物镇痛更有效，且硬膜外镇痛有降低不良反应发生率的趋势。
