    【摘要】? 新冠定点医院工作人员健康监测面临人员庞大、调动频繁、管控困难等诸多压力。地坛医院通过开发工作人员健康监测小程序，与大数据系统和物联网对接，收集症状监测、流行病学调查、工作区域定位、健康码查验和核酸疫苗等核心数据，设计个人、科室和管理员三层界面并赋予不同权限功能，构建了融风险上报、处置提示和管理核查于一体的工作人员健康管理和预警机制，实现了健康监测的全覆盖和网格化，提升了管理效率和质量，支撑起突发事件的有效应对，为全国定点医院相关工作的开展提供了借鉴和参考。
