    【摘要】? 目的? 探讨中青年组与老年组大肠息肉患者的临床特点。方法? 选取2021年6月1日- 2022年5月31日医院经电子结肠镜检查后确诊的586例大肠息肉的患者作为调查对象。以年龄≥60岁的334例患者作为老年组，年龄0.05)。老年组患者合并慢病史及吸烟的比例高于中青年组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05). The proportion of elderly patients with a history of chronic illness and smoking was higher than that of the young and middle-aged group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? Colorectal polyp are more common in men， and adenomatous polyps are more common in the left half of the colon. The proportion of elderly people with smoking history and chronic diseases is higher than that of young and middle-aged people.
