    【摘要】? 卵巢早衰属“经水早断”，其本在肾，病因病机首分虚实，虚者多因肾虚、血虚，致冲任不充，血海空虚，无血可下；实者多因血瘀、痰湿阻滞，致冲任瘀滞，脉道不通，经不得下。月经的主要成分是血，心与脾的关系主要体现在血液的生成与运行方面，治疗上应重视对心脾的调理，养血行血，调节月经。
