    【摘要】? 随着DRGs医保支付方式改革的深入推进，以及国家公立医院绩效考核的要求，医院高度重视病案首页数据质量。通过对新生儿科疾病编码与主诊断选择的常见情况进行分析，尤其针对诊断相关“新生儿呼吸窘迫”“早产儿”“极低出生体重儿”极具代表性的经典案例，给予对应编码与主诊断选择建议。同时对“新生儿出生(入院)体重”、“新生儿呼吸机治疗”入组异常的易错案例提出整改意见，旨在提升新生儿科DRGs入组准确性，為医院管理提供可靠的数据支撑。
