    【摘要】? 神经内科危重病、慢性病患者较多，疾病确诊后的坏消息会对患者和家属造成一定的心理应激，对治疗和预后产生不良影响。目前国内关于神经内科医生坏消息告知的报道很少，通过总结坏消息告知的模式、告知策略和告知方式，探讨神经内科医生坏消息告知的技巧，有助于提高神经内科医生的医患沟通能力。
