【摘 要】近年来，随着医学事业的不断发展进步，加强医院档案的管理工作，对医院的全面发展也显得极为重要。目前医院档案管理工作还不够完善，体系也不够健全，只有采取相应对策，不断创新服务意识，才能改变旧的档案管理模式，从而更加规范和科学的管理档案，更好地服务于医疗、教研等工作。
