【摘 要】目的：比较丙戊酸钠、苯妥英钠治疗癫痫持续状态疗效。方法：选100例癫痫患者随机分观察组和对照组，观察组丙戊酸钠治疗;对照组苯妥英钠治疗，比较疗效及安全性。结果：观察组临床结局指标、有效率、不良反应率均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对癫痫持续状态的患者应用丙戊酸钠治疗疗效更加显著，安全性更高。
