【摘 要】目的：调查胎儿畸形、死胎孕妇对死亡教育的态度及需求。方法：选取2017年7月至2018年2月因胎儿畸形或死胎在我科引产分娩的100例孕妇作为调查对象，结合多种量表自制死亡态度及死亡教育需求调查表，调查其对死亡教育的态度及需求。结果：不论胎龄大小，胎儿畸形、死胎孕妇对死亡教育的需求都是相同的，但是胎龄越大，越难接受胎儿畸形或死胎，尤其是28周以上存活几率很大的有机新生儿。结论：胎儿畸形、死胎孕妇对死亡教育的需求很大。死亡教育中，他人之死不仅仅包括生活于世的人的死亡，也包括妈妈肚子里宝宝的“死亡”，任何人都可能面对突如其来的死亡，甚至是胚胎、胎儿，因此，应全面开展死亡教育，并扩大死亡教育中他人之死的范畴，使之不仅仅局限于已出世的人。
