重症急性胰腺炎对胃肠动力影响的研究进展(3)
总之，SAP时胃肠激素及炎症因子，神经肌肉改变与微循环障碍，胰腺炎相关腹水和微生态失调等都与胃肠道动力功能的紊乱密切相关。各因素间既可互相促进，又可互为因果。例如炎症介质与激素之间有双向调节作用，正常情况下保持平衡状态，在炎症时被打破，互相影响，这些因素之间的作用机制尚待进一步研究。由于SAP 时胃肠运动功能状态对患者的病程和预后有着重要影响，因此研究胃肠动力障碍的机制对于SAP的治疗有着极其重要的意义。
