【摘 要】 目的：分析种植义齿修复牙列缺损的临床效果和美学价值。方法：选取20例牙列缺损患者，均给予种植义齿修复治疗，分析患者修复效果以及美观状况。结果：20例患者义齿修复成功率100%，修复体美观满意度为90%；种植体区黏膜色泽正常，外形满意，修复美观。术后无压痛，种植体无松动，经叩击无痛感，未形成牙周袋，咀嚼功能恢复良好。结论：种植义齿治疗牙列缺损具有显著的修复效果，较为美观，值得临床应用。
