生肌散配合氧疗治疗Ⅱ期以上褥疮的疗效观察

【摘 要】 目的 观察生肌散配合氧疗治疗Ⅱ期以上褥疮的临床效果。方法：收集病例共40例，随机分为两组。观察组采用自制生肌散外敷和氧疗法；对照组常规治疗法治疗观察两组病人疗效。结果： 观察组在疗效上显著高于对照组，在治疗天数上少于对照组，观察组总有效率100.00%，对照组61.11%，两者在疗效上存在统计学差异。结论： 本方法治疗Ⅱ期以上褥疮，效果显著，操作简便，经济实用，值得在临床上推广。

【Summary】 Objective ： Observation of myogenic powder combined with oxygen therapy clinical effect of treatment of stage II of the above.
