【摘 要】 在临床大量的引产患者护理工作中，我们体会到医护人员除了有强烈的责任心，熟练的操作技术外，心理护理十分重要。2011年1月至2012年10月，我科收治中期引产者共101例，其中初产妇49例，经产妇52例，年龄最大40岁，最小17岁。我科护理人员针对引产患者各种心理特点给予积极的心理指导，收到了满意的效果。
