【摘 要】 目的 探讨和临床实践应用针刺、穴位封闭疗法治疗化疗所致的呕吐的可行性。 方法 将34例恶性肿瘤需要化疗的患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组患者使用针刺、穴位封闭疗法进行治疗，对照组患者按照传统注射灭吐灵的方法进行临床观察。结果 治疗组患者经针刺治疗后止吐可进食，有效率达到28.76%。结论 针刺加穴位封闭治疗对化疗所致的呕吐有显著效果，值得临床推广应用。
