【摘 要】 目的：探讨隐形义齿在临床应用中的疗效。 方法：对隐形义齿的适应症患者按照程序给予隐形义齿制作和佩戴，并随访效果。结果：182例佩戴了隐形义齿的患者中，成功180例，失败2例，成功率达99%。结论：隐形义齿具有良好的美容作用，固位性好，取戴方便，值得在临床推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the effect of elastic denture in clinical application. Methods： the invisible denture adaptation patients according to the procedure given denture making and wear， and follow-up effect. Results： 182 patients wearing invisible denture patients， 180 cases were successful， 2 cases failed， the success rate is up to 99%.
