【摘 要】 目的 分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院慢性心力衰竭患者药物治疗动态，探讨对心力衰竭患者规范化药物治疗水平。方法 新疆医科大学第一附属医院2009及2014年住院慢性心力衰竭患者分为A，B两组，调查两组患者药物治疗状况并进行分析。结果 671例均进入结果分析。①两组患者硝酸盐类，利尿剂，洋地黄类及非洋地黄类使用率无明显差异；②B组ACEI/ARB和β-受体阻滞剂使用率较A组明显升高(P<0.05)。 结论 研究结果提示新疆医科大学第一附属医院心力衰竭患者根据心衰治疗指南规范化药物治疗水平有了明显提高。
