【摘 要】 目的：探讨食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘的护理。方法：对我院心胸外科收治10例食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘病人针对性的进行呼吸道护理、营养支持护理、瘘口局部护理、心理护理等护理措施。结果：10例患者治愈3例，死亡4例，其中3例死于死因均为感染未控制导致呼吸衰竭，1例死于胸内大出血。上转2例，自动出院1例，治愈率30%。结论：加强针对性护理，促进吻合口瘘的愈合，减少了医疗纠纷，提高了患者满意度。
