【摘 要】 目的：探讨气管切开术后患者剧烈咳嗽的原因及护理措施。方法：回顾性分析气管切开术后剧烈咳嗽患者80例。结果：发现气管切开患者剧烈咳嗽的原因与吸痰操作不当等七个因素有关。结论：气管切开术后针对剧烈咳嗽的原因采取相应的护理措施，可以有效的减轻病人的疼痛，提高治愈率。
