【摘 要】 目的：分析急性呼吸道感染患儿中抗生素临床运用情况分析。方法：研究来自我院在2014年3月至2015年3月接诊的180例急性呼吸道感染儿童病患，分析其抗生素使用的频次、使用的药物类型、药品情况等。结果：180例患儿中使用抗生素者为175例，占比97.22%。在患儿的抗生素使用中，一联用药占比为77.71%，二联用药占比为22.29%；抗生素使用类别与频率上，头孢硫脒、头孢噻肟钠、头孢他定、青霉素钠、克林霉素等，分别占比为46.29%、17.71%、14.28%、10.28%、11.43%。结论：急性呼吸道感染患儿中抗生素使用情况较为普遍。
