【摘 要】 目的：对阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应予以探讨分析。方法：随机选取2013年1月至2014年5月在我院接受治疗的100例儿科患者，对其实施有效分组，分别作为对照组(50)与观察组(50)，对对照组患者给予阿奇霉素口服进行治疗，对观察组患者给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床不良反应发生情况。结果：接受治疗后两组患者不良反应发生情况无明显差异，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论：将阿奇霉素应用到儿科患者的临床治疗中，无论选择何种给药方式都会给患者带来诸多不良反应，因此要对其不良反应做好必要的治疗和预防措施。
