【摘 要】 使用定磷法测定保健食品中核酸的含量。样品消化后经定磷试剂显色采用紫外分光光度法测定保健食品中磷的含量，从而计算核酸的含量。磷的线性范围分别为2.5～15μg (R =0.999 9)。 平均回收率分别为99.4 (RSD=1.0%)。本方法简便，准确，重现性好，可作为核酸类保健食品的质量控制方法之一。
