【摘 要】 目的 了解和掌握某水泥厂的职业病危害现状， 为采取防治措施提供依据。方法 对水泥厂作业场所存在的主要职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果 该水泥厂作业场所粉尘浓度合格率为69.23%，水泥包装、水泥散装、水泥装车等岗位空气中粉尘浓度超过国家职业接触限值；作业场所噪声强度合格率仅为47.62%，超限值岗位主要位于采矿设备、破碎机、磨机、篦冷机等设备。结论 粉尘、噪声是该水泥厂的主要职业病危害因素，应合理改善作业环境， 有效控制职业病危害因素。
