闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童桡骨远端骨折
【摘 要】 目的：探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童桡骨远端骨折临床疗效。方法：采用闭合复位经皮穿针固定42例桡骨远端骨折的患者。结果：42例均获得随访，时间6-27各月。骨折均获得愈合。疗效根据Green-O`Brien腕关节评分标准：优33例，良10例，差1例，优良率：97.5%。结论：闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童桡骨远端骨折具有创伤小，疗效可靠、并发症少等优点。
